By accessing and using ADTAQ services, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
ADTAQ provides virtual private server hosting, colocation, and related services. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
You may not use ADTAQ services to send spam, host illegal content, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or violate any applicable laws. Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination without refund.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Failure to maintain a valid payment method on file may result in service suspension. Cancelled services are not prorated.
ADTAQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Idaho.
